Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve BPS data quality and public services. The SKD results are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis, analysis of consumer, and analysis of service unit performance. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data.
